Scope

These terms govern access to this informational website and use of the Lindy AI agent skill. The materials support prospecting research and workflow preparation. They do not constitute legal advice, a guarantee of data accuracy, a promise of deliverability, or an assurance of commercial results.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for evaluating the package in your environment, protecting credentials, limiting permissions, validating sources, reviewing outputs, managing suppression and opt-out processes, and complying with laws, provider terms, and contractual restrictions that apply to every region, source, channel, and recipient.

Acceptable use

Do not use the skill for unlawful surveillance, deception, credential theft, unauthorized access, discriminatory targeting, harassment, spam, prohibited data collection, or attempts to evade platform controls. Maintain meaningful human review before any external action.

Third-party systems

Your runtime, package registry, data providers, CRM, and engagement tools may impose separate terms. A reference to a workflow pattern does not imply partnership, endorsement, certification, or universal compatibility.

No warranties

Software and materials are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Results may be incomplete, stale, conflicting, or inferred. Verify consequential information and test changes in a controlled environment.

Ending use

When use ends, remove the package as appropriate, revoke credentials, and identify results retained in logs, files, CRMs, providers, or other destinations. Package removal alone may not delete downstream data.
